WSAC -Mixed Media- Collage Canvas with Christie

‘Be inspired to make your own collage papers, then find out how to turn them into a fabulous, edged canvas. You will learn a bit about composition and collage basics, then play with a range of creative techniques using acrylic paints, texture plates, stencils and other mark-making ideas to create beautifully unique papers. You must bring a 10”x10” deep-edge canvas (edge depth to be minimum 1½” ). Everything else is provided, but you need to bring your own lunch and snacks. Each participant will go home with a gorgeous piece of art to hang on the wall or give as a gift. It will be a workshop aimed at creative development, and the class size is small (only 5 participants) as each person needs a lot of bench space. Extra classes can easily be run if there is interest. Be prepared to have fun and get messy!’
