Quilting for Beginners - 6 Week Workshop Series - Berkeley Vale

Quilting skills for everyone. This workshop will be a social, encouraging and practical class suitable for beginners and anyone wanting to refresh their quilting skills. Ingrid will show you all the ins and outs of creating beautiful keepsake quilts. It will also be a great opportunity to make some new like-minded friends.

The quilting project will be either a single bed or cot sized quilt depending on how fast and fastidious you are. You will need to purchase/bring most of the fabrics you use yourself, so you can coordinate your design to your liking, but we do have some fabric at the WSCC that can also be used if you are stuck. For the first week we would like you to bring along some coordinated fabrics that you like, in similar weight cottons (lighter weight for summer quilts, heavier for warmer quilts).
