About the event
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a method of meditation that teaches us how to bring balance to our lives and relieve stresses of everyday day living. Participants focus on being in the present moment. By being in the present, stresses and emotional upsets are reduced. Sahaja Yoga meditation teaches how to detach from stress and develop inner peace.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is practiced in a chair and no movements or yoga poses are performed. This type of meditation is suitable for anyone, at any stage of life. Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing.
This class will run for 3 Mondays in October, and you are welcome to attend one or all session. The sessions are free of charge, but a donation on arrival would be appreciated, and helps us manage ongoing running costs ate The Shed.
