About the event
In this workshop you will repurpose denim jeans to make a functional lined crossbody bag with flap closure. The bag has both internal and external pockets using the jeans back pockets.
Please bring a pair of no or low stretch denim jeans and 0.5 metre of cotton lining fabric, funky patterns look great. Men's jeans offer more fabric to work with and can be found at charity shops quite cheaply. Some fabric will be availabe at the WSCC for use if need be. Feel free to use the WSCC sewing machines if you dont have your own, or bring along you own * and learn the tricks to sewing denim.
