Make for Charity

Make for Charity is a group of women who sew , knit and crochet items that are donated to both local and Australian wide charities.

Bring along your sewing machine or overlocker and join in the fun whilst assembling some great items that are donated to charity. Instructions and support are provided during the workshops.

Our completed items support We Care Connect, Bateau Bay Neighbourhood Centre, Capes 4 Kids, Simple Gift of a Bag, Creating for Charity NSW, The Man’s Bag and the list is growing.

Only basic sewing skills are needed. All fabrics, cottons and scissors are provided. If you don't want to sew, plenty of other tasks including cutting out and ironing are needed during our workshops.
