About the event
These workshops are an Introduction to Power Tools, where you will learn the basics use of everyday power tools. Included is:
• How to safely use a cordless drill, an impact driver, a circular saw and a compound mitre saw.
• How to adjust each tool for different projects, how to choose the right tool for every job, how to choose the correct drill/driver bit or saw blade.
• How to make straight and mitre cuts.
At the end of the workshop you will have a new found confidence when using these power tools at home for odd jobs and DIY. To attend this workshop, you will need competent and comfortable use of both hands.
