The AGM is an important event in the life of our organisation. It provides members with the opportunity to hear reports on the activities and achievements of the past year, review the financial position of the association, and participate in the election of the 2026-2027 Committee.

Important Membership Requirement!  Only current financial members are eligible to attend and participate in the AGM.

To be eligible to attend, vote or nominate for committee positions, your membership application and $25 membership fee must be received no later than 31 October 2026. After this date, membership applications for AGM eligibility will close and reopen on 16 November 2026.  Go to our website to become/renew as a member.  Please ensure you are a financial member before RSVPing below.
