Come along for a fun and informative day of cake decorating. Learn to make your own professional quality succulent cupcakes. You will be amazed and what you can do!
You will learn:
- How to make a delicious simple swiss meringue buttercream, a superior piping buttercream.
- Tips and tricks for colouring your buttercream.
- How to pipe beautiful buttercream succulents using multiple different piping tips and methods.
- How to prepare and apply the succulents to your cupcakes to create a jaw dropping edible display.
At the end of the day you will leave with a box of 6 professional quality buttercream succulent cupcakes to wow your people, plus a bunch of recipes and equipment/supplier lists so you can continue at home should you wish to.
Beginners are welcome, but some piping experience would be an advantage. Participants must have full and competent use of both hands.
Please note* Cupcakes will be prebaked, but you will be given the recipe to take and try at home.
