About the event
Our Beginner Sewing Club is a hands-on, monthly workshop designed for beginners of all ages, with projects that feel useful, modern, and achievable.
Each month, we’ll cover essential sewing skills like cutting fabric, using different sewing machine feet and stitches, and simple construction techniques. Projects will rotate and may include tote bags, zipper pouches, fabric buckets, aprons, drawstring bags, and gift sacks — perfect for everyday use, gifting, or building confidence with your machine.
The focus is on learning through doing, in a supportive and relaxed environment where it’s okay to go slow, ask questions, and try things out.
No prior sewing experience is needed — just a willingness to have a go.
Participants will need to bring their own sewing machine. All guidance and support are provided
*Important: For insurance reasons, we can only allow Tested and Tagged equipment on site. If your sewing machine or overlocker has not yet been tagged, please…
